I stumbled on this little coffee shop while looking for a place downtown to write an email. It’s very close to the international bridge, so be careful not to get into the wrong lane and get stuck like I did. 😂
It’s a really cute spot, quiet with a lot of outlets and seating. I wanted to give a friend visiting a going away present and so I got a custom mix box and it was very well priced $6 for 6 mini bites, in whatever flavor you’d like. I got the most popular flavors since it was a gift.
I didn’t realize they serve alcohol, but I got a Cafe Lechero and it was amazing. Super strong and creamy, just perfect. Prices are very reasonable and there was a mix of families and students and workers coming in and out ordering to go and just enjoying the churros. Don’t be intimidated by the sketchiness of the parking area, it’s just a working class neighborhood and this cute shop serves the community.
I’m going to be sure to stop by and get some more gifts for teachers and friends this holiday season. It’s super cute and the perfect size for gifting. They’re made fresh so if you’re in a rush, just order ahead online:
