It’s open Monday to Friday from 10 am to 2 pm.
The hours may vary depending on classes and conditions during their training.

They also make incredible desserts that are always a pleasant surprise.
They use whatever fresh ingredients they have on hand and incorporate what they’re learning. One of my favorites is the chocolate supreme, which is usually only available in New York.
But luckily, they brought it to El Paso as part of an advanced pastry class. I’ll have to wait until the summer to get a taste of it.

In the meantime, check out the amazing spice cake they just brought out today!
We managed to snag an entire mini cake for only $5.
This cafe is primarily for students on a budget, but whenever I’m in the area, I always make it a point to stop by and support them.
