The El Paso Space Festival returns this Fall to celebrate traditional and unique innovations in space exploration that are creating exciting opportunities for anyone to participate and contribute. Each year the El Paso Space Festival focuses on a different aspect of space exploration. In addition to traditional space exploration topics, this year’s Festival will feature a variety of hands-on, highly interactive and simulation experiences that explores the idea:
“What is the future of humans living and working on the Moon?”
Highlights include: the progress of NASA’s Artemis mission and other space companies plans to return humans to the moon, the role of mixed media art that celebrates stories of imagined futures of space exploration, and new advances in astronomy sciences. We will explore questions like: how will we regularly transport people to the moon, and what will we do while there? Where will we live? How long will we be there? Who will get to go, and why? Throughout our week long festival we invite you to creatively explore answers to these questions and more!
