The beloved series of spooky children’s books comes to life in a hilarious and meta big screen debut. Teenager Zach Cooper (Dylan Minnette), upset about moving from a big city to a small town, finds a silver lining when he meets the beautiful girl, Hannah (Odeya Rush), living right next door. But every silver lining has a cloud, and Zach’s comes when he learns that Hannah’s mysterious dad is in fact R.L. Stine (Jack Black), the author of the bestselling Goosebumps series. It was bad enough having a grumpy and seemingly crazy neighbor, but things go from bad to worse when Stine’s monsters start jumping off the page and terrorizing the town.
GOOSEBUMPS brings all your favorite monsters from the books to life on the big screen, and they bring plenty of comedy and adventure along with them.
For over a decade, Alamo Drafthouse has offered Kids Camp screenings during summer and winter breaks, providing families in our communities with a fun and affordable way to experience their favorite movies on the big screen.
All Kids Camp tickets are $5 for everyone – little kids, big kids, and grownup kids – and each week brings a new selection, ranging from recent animated favorites to timeless classics.
Most Kids Camp screenings are ages 3 and up, but some locations are All Ages – please check drafthouse.com for local policies. Kids deserve the same great experience as everyone else, so please don't talk/text or you may be asked to leave.
