Here’s a little bit of background & a sneak peak about the business
Blanca Torres, mother of two, coffee enthusiast, and baker, raised on the island of Puerto Rico and in the big city of dreams, NYC! Blanca worked alongside in her families' bakeries in Puerto Rico before relocating to the Big Apple. Puerto Rico holds a special place in my heart, where I built terrific and long-lasting friendships, and neighbors became extended family members.
“Having the opportunity to finally launch my dream pastry café in El Paso, Texas, is a dream come true. To offer this new community, I call home a taste of my culture and the sazón that brings me back to my upbringing is a true blessing” says Blanca Torres, founder of Bee's Pastry Café.
Bee's Pastry Café will serve some of Puerto Rico's favorite dishes and pastries. On the menu are favorites like Quesitos, Pastelillos de Guayaba, Flan de Queso, Tres leches, Cubano Sandwich, Tripleta Sandwich, Sancocho, a variety of Empanadas and more
