New Mexico is taking action against Flawless Results LLC, a window and door installation company with ties to our area! 
The state’s Attorney General, Raul Torrez, has filed a lawsuit claiming that this company misled hundreds of consumers by accepting payments for home remodeling projects they never completed. 
Many customers reported being pressured into financing agreements through Cross River Bank, only to end up with unfinished or faulty work while still owing money. 
The total losses add up to over $700,000!
The total losses add up to over $700,000!What’s being sought? The NMDOJ wants:
1. A permanent ban on Flawless from operating in New Mexico.
2. Full refunds for affected customers.
3. Accountability for Cross River Bank for inadequate legal disclosures.
4. Civil penalties up to $5,000 for each violation.
