Garlic 1%…This will be El Paso’s first Korean restaurant focused on healthy, fermented foods like housemade kimchi, black garlic, and soybean-free paste.

Now, they’re on a mission to bring nutritious, bold Korean flavors to the Borderland!

What makes Garlic1% even more exciting? Their dedication to flavor without MSG by using natural alternatives!

Fermented foods and MSG-free cooking are part of a growing health movement, and we’re about to reap the benefits right here in El Paso. Garlic1% is bringing more than delicious food—they’re championing a better way to eat!

Follow for updates, and let’s support this incredible vision for our community!
